During the Verona leg of the Italy Tour 2025, Andrea Lanfri met with students from the G. Verdi Middle School, bringing his testimony of life and the strength of someone who has been able to transform difficulties into new opportunities.
The tour, which in recent months sees him crisscrossing Italy in a camper, is not just a sporting challenge: Andrea aims to share his own experience in order to transmit confidence and motivation to those who face obstacles, whether small or large.
Lanfri, who suffered the amputation of both legs and seven fingers of his hands in 2015 due to fulminating meningitis, is now an example of resilience, able to climb the world’s highest peaks and face new challenges every day. With the Italy Tour 2025, Andrea combines sports, solidarity and outreach, while also promoting meningitis prevention and the importance of vaccination among younger people.
In Verona, his message came through directly: this time it is not about doing a sports or mountaineering feat, the goal of this tour is to transmit to other people the same positive energy that has allowed him to be the person he is today.
ISOLEX is proud to stand alongside Andrea on this journey, which shows how determination and sharing can truly break down any barrier.
